Dental Assistant
The right hand of clinical care—supporting doctors, anticipating needs, and creating calm, comfortable visits for every guest.
Join our team at East Valley Dental Care
At East Valley Dental Care, part of the Liberty Dental Family, we’re here to help people find the courage, confidence, and freedom to focus on what matters most. Our mission is to make smiles about more than teeth, helping local families create inner smiles. We’re driven by a belief that more freedom is on the other side of a healthy smile.
Working here means being part of a culture rooted in belonging, leadership, and freedom. Our four core values—Inner Smiles, Bold Enough, Experiences First, and Be 100—are lived out daily. We have just one rule: Be free. Be free to lead, speak up, grow, and be your bold, authentic self.
In this role, you’ll report to Dr. Chase Davis and work closely with a team of dentists, hygienists, and care coordinators. Collaboration is everything here, and you’ll join a fast-paced, mission-minded group committed to delivering exceptional care experiences.
What you will do
As a Dental Assistant, your work directly shapes the care and connection our guests experience. You’ll play a vital role in each patient’s care journey—from first greeting to follow-up.
Your role includes:
Support patient care: Greet and prepare guests, assist chairside using 4-handed dentistry, and ensure they feel seen, safe, and cared for.
Set the stage: Prepare rooms, materials, and instruments with intention and precision—so our care flows seamlessly.
Drive quality: Take impressions, assist with lab work, educate patients in plain language, and help deliver post-op guidance with warmth and clarity.
Keep things moving: Sterilize instruments, keep records updated, and support the guest’s journey from arrival to farewell.
You’ll also:
Champion our brand and culture by leading with integrity, warmth, and initiative.
Drive meaningful impact by aligning your work with our mission to create inner smiles.
Deliver measurable results by ensuring timely care, clear documentation, and consistent guest feedback.
Foster collaboration with every team member, from doctors to care coordinators.
Innovate and refine processes that make guest care smoother and more delightful.
Commit to growth in clinical skill, operational excellence, and leadership potential.
How your success will be measured
We’ll evaluate your performance based on the impact you make and the energy you bring:
Guest satisfaction – creating trust, comfort, and a sense of care
Operational flow – treatment rooms prepped, schedules supported, instruments ready
Team collaboration – seamless coordination and proactive communication with clinicians and care coordinators
Your goals may grow and evolve, just like you. We’ll align them together as the practice grows and your role expands.
What we will do
We believe in 100% mutual commitment. That means we’re all in on supporting your success. Here’s what you can count on from us:
Invest in your growth with training, feedback, and leadership development
Offer clarity and support so you can always act with confidence
Foster belonging so you never feel like “just” a dental assistant—you’re family
Encourage creativity to make care more memorable and enjoyable

Prioritize your well-being by supporting work-life balance
Celebrate your impact with regular recognition
