Guest Services Coordinator

The heartbeat of our front office, you create warm welcomes, lasting impressions, and seamless guest experiences from the very first hello.

Join our team at Chandler Dental

At Chandler Dental, part of the Liberty Dental Family, we’re here to help people find the courage, confidence, and freedom to focus on what matters most. Our mission is simple: make smiles about more than teeth. Whether someone’s in the chair or at the front desk, we believe their experience should feel warm, memorable, and empowering.

At Chandler Dental, we’re building a culture of joy, growth, and meaningful connection. We live our values—Inner Smiles, Bold Enough, Experiences First, and Be 100—and we lead with our one rule: Be free. That means free to speak up, free to grow, and free to bring your full, authentic self to the team.

In this role, you’ll report to Dr. Chase Davis and collaborate closely with dentists, hygienists, and care team members. As the first and last person many guests interact with, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how they feel—safe, seen, and supported.

What you will do

As a Guest Services Coordinator, you’ll be the voice and face of Chandler Dental. Your job is to create calm, confidence, and clarity for every guest—from the first call to the final wave goodbye.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome and guide guests – Greet every patient warmly and help them feel informed and cared for throughout their visit.

  • Create clarity – Present treatment plans with confidence, answer questions clearly, and make sure patients feel empowered to make great choices.

  • Schedule care journeys – Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with thoughtful attention to time, preferences, and clinical needs.

  • Support financial conversations – Review balances, collect payments, and bring calm to what can often feel like an overwhelming topic.

  • Answer the phone like a pro – Make every call feel personal and helpful, whether you’re confirming a visit or answering a question.

  • Handle the little details – Support needs like prescription requests, specialist referrals, or rescheduling requests with ease and empathy.

You’ll also:

  • Champion our brand and culture in every interaction

  • Align your work with our mission to make smiles about more than teeth

  • Deliver measurable results in guest satisfaction and office efficiency

  • Collaborate deeply with clinical and administrative teammates

  • Continuously improve our workflows and service experience

  • Invest in your own growth as a communicator, problem-solver, and leader

How your success will be measured

Your performance will be measured by your impact on our team, our guests, and our growth:

  • Guest satisfaction – Are guests leaving with smiles on their faces and clarity in their next steps?

  • Front office efficiency – Are appointments flowing, questions being answered, and financials handled smoothly?

  • Team contribution – Are you proactively supporting your team and communicating clearly across roles?

We’ll revisit and refine these measures as you grow in your role.

What we will do

At Liberty Dental Family, we commit to helping you do your best work and become your boldest self:

  • Invest in your growth through training and mentorship

  • Provide clear direction and feedback so you feel confident every day

  • Create a culture of belonging where you can bring your full self to work

  • Encourage new ideas and give you space to make them real

  • Communicate openly and honestly about the things that matter

  • Support work-life balance and celebrate your well-being

  • Recognize your contributions in real and meaningful ways

  • Clear roadblocks so you can move freely

  • Lead by example in how we live our values

  • Support your long-term success—whatever your vision looks like

Who we’re looking for

You’re likely our kind of person if you:

  • Are calm under pressure and love creating order in fast-paced environments

  • Bring a team-first attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed

  • Care deeply about clarity, consistency, and kindness

  • Feel comfortable explaining finances or answering questions about treatment

  • Radiate warmth, resilience, and optimism—even on the tough days

  • Take full ownership of your work and your impact on the guest experience

  • Believe in creating experiences, not just checking boxes
